ElevenLabs rolls out enterprise voice platform with agent and creative tools

Published Reach 31

ElevenLabs just launched a unified enterprise AI voice platform split into two engines: ElevenAgents for customer-facing bots and ElevenCreative for high-fidelity audio production. It integrates out of the box with tools like Salesforce and Zendesk, giving companies an easy path to deploy voice agents at scale.

For a long time, businesses treated synthetic audio as two disconnected problems. You hired an enterprise IVR vendor for automated phone trees, and had your creative team subscribe to a separate tool for marketing voiceovers.

ElevenLabs just launched an enterprise voice platform that brings both sides under one roof. The platform splits company workflows into two distinct engines: ElevenAgents for deploying interactive customer bots, and ElevenCreative for high-fidelity content production.

Over 10,000 businesses are already building on their audio stack. Nvidia is using it to localize marketing campaigns across languages, while Duolingo taps the platform to voice its language-learning characters.

Agents on the front line, studio tools in the back

ElevenAgents focuses on conversational agents that can listen, talk, and execute actions. They run across phone calls, web chat, email, and WhatsApp in over 90 languages, backed by conversational models like Eleven Flash that hit latencies as low as 75ms.

To make corporate rollouts safer, the system includes sandboxed testing to simulate real conversations, analytics for customer experience metrics, and strict guardrails to keep responses inside company policy.

Meanwhile, ElevenCreative acts as an all-in-one production hub. Teams can clone voices, browse an audio library of over 17,500 voices, generate music and sound effects, and pair speech with video models like Veo and Kling.

Crucially, it connects out of the box with the software enterprises already run on daily. You can plug it directly into Salesforce, Zendesk, Stripe, and Twilio without reinventing custom plumbing.

Why it matters

We think this is a smart pivot from being just a consumer-facing novelty to embedding directly into business infrastructure. Plenty of AI voice startups are locked in endless wars over speech fidelity benchmarks, but enterprise buyers care far more about whether a tool plugs into their CRM.

By packaging ultra-low latency bots and multi-language content creation together, ElevenLabs gives operations teams an easy way to stand up round-the-clock support agents while creative teams pump out localized ads.

The real test will be reliability in the wild. While guardrails and pre-deployment testing look solid on paper, handing live telephony and customer data to automated agents always introduces liability risks. Companies testing this out will still want human safety nets before letting agents handle sensitive workflows entirely on their own.
