Wendy's just teamed up with Google to launch 'Wendy's FreshAI,' an automated chatbot built to take drive-thru orders. Trained on internal slang like 'JBC,' the bot begins pilot testing at a Columbus, Ohio location in June with human workers monitoring the line.
