Google unveils invisible watermarks for AI images
Google just launched the beta version of SynthID, an imperceptible watermarking tool developed with DeepMind to spot synthetic images generated by Imagen. Instead of altering image quality, it embeds digital markers directly into pixel data that survive filters and compression. It's rolling out first to select Vertex AI customers.
