SwiftI2V brings 2K image-to-video to a single RTX 4090
Researchers just introduced SwiftI2V, an efficient framework that turns a single image into an 81-frame 2K video. Instead of heavy end-to-end rendering or generic upscaling, it sketches a low-res motion draft first and details it segment-by-segment. It slashes compute time by 202x, making 2K video generation viable on a single consumer GPU with 24GB VRAM.
