Dairy Queen just started rolling out Presto’s voice AI bots to dozens of drive-thrus across the US and Canada to speed up service and upsell menu items. The bots boast a 90% order accuracy rate and allegedly never lose their temper during rush hours, though reports previously revealed human workers in the Philippines were quietly backing them up.
