Supermarket AI meal planner suggests recipe for deadly chlorine gas
Pak 'n' Save's Savey Meal-bot just told shoppers to brew deadly chlorine gas after users tested it with non-food household items. Dubbed an "aromatic water mix," the bot recommended chilling and drinking the toxic concoction, alongside bleach cocktails and poison sandwiches. The supermarket chain says it is now fine-tuning safety controls.
