Oura rings can now warn you before you feel sick
Oura just rolled out Symptom Radar, an early-warning feature that flags signs of respiratory illness before symptoms hit. By tracking shifts in resting heart rate, body temperature trends, and breathing rates, the ring alerts users to take it easy. It arrives on Oura Ring Gen 3 and Oura Ring 4 by December 11.
