OpenAI is building an AI job board to take on LinkedIn
OpenAI is developing an AI-powered hiring service dubbed OpenAI Jobs Platform, targeting a mid-2026 launch that puts it in direct competition with LinkedIn. The company will also pilot an AI fluency certification program in late 2025, teaming up with Walmart to certify 10 million workers by 2030.
