Google Home opens the door to outside AI agents
Google just rolled out early access to an MCP server for Google Home, letting external AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT control your connected devices and check camera history. It gives everyday LLMs real hands to run your smart home. The catch is that it's currently limited to U.S. users on the $20-a-month Google Home Premium Advanced plan.
