Ex-DeepMind scientist launches LatentX for protein design
Latent Labs just launched LatentX, a web-based AI model that lets researchers design brand-new proteins directly in their browser. Unlike AlphaFold, which predicts existing structures, LatentX generates novel molecules with precise atomic structures to speed up drug discovery. It is currently available for free.
