Apple hits pause on AI news summaries after messy blunders
Apple just temporarily disabled notification summaries for news and entertainment apps in the latest iOS 18.3 developer beta. Apple plans to bring it back later with italic styling, individual app toggles, and clear warnings that AI summaries "may contain errors."
