xAI's new transcription model doubles accuracy at no extra cost
xAI just released Grok Voice Transcribe 2.0, delivering twice the transcription accuracy of its predecessor at the same rate of $0.10 per batch hour and $0.20 for streaming. It ranked first among 32 streaming models on Artificial Analysis, slashing multilingual short-phrase error rates from 20.6% down to 6.8%. Atlassian Loom has already adopted it across its entire platform.
