Google turns Fitbit into an AI health hub with Gemini
Google just rebranded the Fitbit app into Google Health, baking in a Gemini-powered AI health coach and pairing it with a new $99 screenless tracker called Fitbit Air. The AI coach can tailor workout plans, interpret medical records, and log meals from photos, pulling data from multiple wearables into one hub. It starts rolling out to existing users on May 19.
