Biotech startup Iambic Therapeutics just unveiled Enchant, a multimodal transformer model designed to predict how drug candidates behave in humans from the earliest discovery phases. By pairing abundant lab data with tiny amounts of clinical trial data, it sets a new state-of-the-art benchmark for predicting human drug half-life and aims to eliminate years of risky preclinical R&D.
