Microsoft just rolled out real-time voice agents to general availability in Copilot Studio, replacing rigid phone trees with natural, interruptible voice AI. Microsoft just upgraded Dynamics 365 with autonomous agents designed to tackle core operations across sales, customer service, and supply chains.
