Dubai Police deploying self-driving AI rovers with onboard drones
Dubai Police just revealed plans to deploy autonomous electric patrol rovers across residential areas. Built by Micropolis Robotics, the vehicle features 360-degree facial recognition, an onboard drone, and AI trained to detect suspicious behavior across a 15-hour shift. Don't expect any high-speed chases, though—its top speed tops out at a leisurely 4.35 mph.
