Cohere drops 100M multilingual Wikipedia embeddings
Cohere just released The Embedding Archives, open-sourcing around 100 million multilingual embedding vectors across 10 languages from Wikipedia. Available on Hugging Face, the 768-dimensional vectors also come with a 10-million subset hosted on Weaviate for direct semantic search. Why it matters: Developers can skip the slow, costly process of text chunking and vectorization when building search engines.
