Anthropic's internal Claude model just autonomously engineered protein minibinders against lethal scorpion neurotoxins in a 64-hour campaign. Generating 318,484 candidates using 12 tools, wet-lab testing confirmed 17 of the 211 evaluated designs hit binding targets.
