OpenAI CRO Denise Dresser just sent a blunt four-page internal memo urging staff to build an enterprise moat through multi-product adoption. Dresser warned against remaining a single-product company in a platform war and attacked Anthropic directly, claiming the rival is starved of compute and has inflated its revenue run rate by $8 billion.
