BioNTech buys AI startup InstaDeep in $682M deal
BioNTech just agreed to acquire British AI startup InstaDeep for up to 562 million pounds ($682 million) in its largest deal yet. The German vaccine maker will pay 362 million pounds upfront, with plans to integrate AI across target discovery, manufacturing, and personalized cancer therapies.
