Scale AI gives Muse its own email address
Scale AI CEO Alexandr Wang just announced that its Muse AI assistant is getting its own dedicated email address. Users can now loop Muse directly into email threads or forward messages to let it handle tasks automatically. It shifts the assistant beyond dedicated interfaces straight into daily email workflows.

The biggest friction with AI assistants is having to copy and paste messy context from your tools into a separate chat window.
Scale AI is cutting that step out for email. CEO Alexandr Wang announced that the company's Muse assistant is getting its own dedicated email address.
Dropping AI into the thread
According to Wang, the update directly answers one of the most requested features from users.
Instead of jumping into Muse's standalone interface, users can now loop Muse into an existing email thread or forward messages straight to its inbox. From there, the assistant takes over and handles the requested task.
It effectively moves Muse from a destination tool into existing email-based workflows, letting it act more like a real coworker in your inbox.
Why it matters
We think meeting users where they already work is always the smarter play. A dedicated email address removes almost all friction: forwarding a thread is far easier than crafting prompts with copied context. If you rely on email to coordinate work, this could save real time.
That said, having an AI live inside email threads brings obvious risks. Threads get messy, context gets lost, and forwarding sensitive conversations requires high trust in how the model parses instructions. It looks like a huge convenience win, but users will likely want strict guardrails before letting it hit reply on their behalf.
