Lovart just made moving objects in images drag-and-drop simple
Lovart just launched Move Object, letting users reposition elements in an image without messing with masks or layers. Grab a lasso or box selection, drag the object anywhere, and optionally add a prompt tweak to get a clean, seamless output. It basically kills the annoying loop of manual inpainting and constant re-rolls.

Moving a single object inside an AI-generated image has usually meant dealing with masks, layers, or crossing your fingers on a complete re-roll.
Lovart just launched a new tool called Move Object to make that edit as simple as dragging a desktop icon.
Drag, drop, and tweak
Users can grab either a rectangular selection or lasso tool, click on any element in an image, and drag it anywhere on the canvas.
If you want to tweak how it looks after moving it, you can optionally type in a prompt to guide the changes. The tool then outputs a single, clean image that keeps visual consistency intact.
Lovart says the entire workflow completely ditches layers, manual masking, and re-rolling. The feature is already live on the Lovart platform.
Why it matters
AI image editing is clearly shifting from raw generation to granular, headache-free canvas control.
For creators and marketers, skipping the Photoshop back-and-forth for simple layout tweaks saves serious time. Lovart's smart move is combining spatial dragging with optional text prompting in one fluid step, though it remains to be seen how convincingly it handles tricky perspective shifts and dynamic lighting.
