Krea AI just dropped a new Enhancer model that improves textures and sharpness, alongside a fresh Topaz Labs integration capable of upscaling images up to 22K resolution. It gives designers and creators a straightforward path to giant, print-ready AI assets.

AI-generated art looks great on a phone screen, but blowing it up for a billboard has always been a messy affair.

AI creative platform Krea announced an updated Enhancer model alongside a new direct integration with Topaz Labs.

Up to 22K resolution with Topaz

Krea says its new enhancer model delivers noticeably better textures and sharper edges, reducing the plastic, over-smoothed look typical of aggressive upscalers.

With the Topaz Labs integration hooked directly into the workflow, users can now upscale their images up to a massive 22K resolution. The feature is already live inside Krea Enhancer.

Why it matters

Upscaling has always been a fractured step in AI workflows, usually forcing creators to bounce between web generators and desktop software.

Bringing Topaz Labs directly into Krea looks like a genuinely smart shortcut. Rather than trying to out-engineer the gold standard of image upscaling from scratch, Krea simply plugged it into their pipeline.

For digital artists, print shops, and billboard designers, that 22K ceiling means AI art might finally survive the transition to physical print without turning into mush. The real test will be how cleanly it handles render times and fine details at those extreme limits.
