Google supersizes Antigravity rate limits for AI subscribers
Google just bumped up rate limits for Antigravity, its new agentic development platform. Pro and Ultra subscribers now get top-tier priority access with quotas refreshing every five hours, while free users switch to larger weekly caps. All tiers retain access to Gemini 3 Pro and unlimited tab completions.

Hitting a rate limit midway through a complex coding session is a developer's worst nightmare. Google is easing that pain for users of its new agentic development platform, Google Antigravity.
Fresh quotas every five hours
Google announced that Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers now receive priority access with generous rate limits that refresh every five hours.
For free-tier users, Google shifted to a larger, weekly rate limit designed to prevent developers from hitting walls immediately when starting a project.
Usage inside Antigravity is now directly tied to work done by the agent. Straightforward tasks burn less quota, while complex reasoning naturally burns more.
Google is also keeping the core toolset consistent across tiers. All users retain access to Gemini 3 Pro, unlimited tab code completions, and features like the Agent Manager and Browser integration.
Why it matters
For builders relying on autonomous coding agents, a five-hour refresh cycle makes Google AI subscriptions immediately practical for heavy, day-to-day work.
We think Google made a clever product call here. Instead of gating Gemini 3 Pro or locking advanced features like the Agent Manager behind paywalls, it offers identical platform capabilities to everyone and monetizes pure workload capacity. It gives free users enough runway to build while giving power users a clear reason to upgrade.
