Anthropic plugs Claude into 100+ enterprise security tools

Published Reach 37

Anthropic just rolled out 28 new security and compliance integrations for Claude, taking its partner ecosystem past 100 providers including Okta, Datadog, and CrowdStrike. Powered by the Claude Compliance API, IT teams can now pull conversation data and activity logs directly into their existing DLP and SIEM dashboards. Basically, enterprises can now govern Claude without building separate compliance workflows.

Getting corporate IT to approve an AI tool usually hits the same wall: security teams hate black boxes. If an employee dumps proprietary code or unreleased financial data into a prompt, compliance officers need to know who did it, when it happened, and where that data went.

Anthropic just rolled out its new Claude Compliance API, designed to plug Claude straight into standard corporate governance stacks. While the launch started with 28 integrations, Anthropic says the roster has already expanded to more than 100 security and compliance partners.

Pulling the curtain back on Claude Enterprise

The Compliance API hands enterprise IT and security teams programmatic access to two vital buckets of data.

The first bucket covers conversation content inside Claude Enterprise. This includes user chats, uploaded files, and collaborative projects. Security teams can now wire up automated data loss prevention and monitoring rules, flagging sensitive file uploads the exact same way they monitor cloud drives or corporate chat apps.

The second bucket captures activity events across both Claude Enterprise and the developer-facing Claude Platform. That means user logins, admin changes, and system configuration updates are pooled into a unified trail, giving security analysts complete visibility over organizational usage.

Setup is designed to avoid friction. Companies already running enterprise security tools can simply connect and configure their Claude instance. The data feeds straight into their existing dashboards and alert queues.

A massive wall of enterprise partners

Anthropic's integration roster spans nearly every acronym enterprise security relies on: DLP, SASE, data security, SIEM and SecOps, identity, eDiscovery, and modern AI security posture management.

The heavyweight lineup includes Microsoft Purview, Okta, CrowdStrike, Cloudflare, Palo Alto Networks, Datadog, and Zscaler. You also will find names like Splunk, Check Point, Fortinet, Wiz, Tenable, Rubrik, and Vanta on the list.

Instead of building another proprietary enterprise dashboard and asking IT admins to log into yet another portal, Anthropic is treating Claude as another data source inside the tools admins already spend all day looking at.

Why it matters

Raw benchmark intelligence gets AI into developer headlines, but enterprise compliance is what actually signs the seven-figure checks. For months, enterprise security teams have kept tight leashes on third-party frontier models. By giving compliance officers programmatic visibility into chats, projects, and administrative actions, Anthropic is removing the single biggest legal obstacle standing between Claude and Fortune 500 rollouts.

We think this partner-first strategy is a calculated play. Rather than trying to out-govern dedicated cybersecurity vendors, Anthropic opened the firehose to Okta, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Purview. It lowers switching friction to near zero for existing enterprise buyers, making Claude just as auditable as any legacy enterprise software.

The flip side, however, hits end users directly. If your company deploys Claude Enterprise under these integrations, treat every prompt, file attachment, and project like an open email. The days of treating workplace AI as a private playground are officially over.
